FABULOUS AFTER FIFTY! EPISODE 20 – SANDRA DELGADO QUIST- WHAT THE HECK IS HOMEOPATHY?

Homeopathy…many of us have sort of an idea what it is – or think we do – but join me as I speak to the incredibly knowledgeable Sandra Delgado Quist, as she explains the what the how and the why of homeopathy and shares her journey from finance in the corporate world to her diplomas in Reiki and Advanced Homeopathy and passion in spreading the power of these simple, effective, non-invasive treatments.

I originally studied finance at the University of Texas in San Antonio and worked in the corporate world for many years. After becoming a mother and simultaneously moving abroad, I became interested in natural medicine while looking for alternatives to allergy medications that simply weren’t working anymore. After witnessing how simple, effective, and non-invasive energy treatments are, I decided this was what I wanted to learn! I started simple and learned Reiki over the years with several teachers in Bahrain, Greece and then earned my teaching certificate at the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan. Soon I moved on to learn homeopathy which is a more in-depth study requiring 5 years of intense training and practical work. I earned my practitioner’s diploma in Advanced Homeopathy at the School of Homeopathy in Stroud, the UK.
I was a skeptic of alternative therapies for many years before my own experience and that of others around me changed my perspective completely. Now I have a passion for natural medicine and I’m inspired to share this with others with the aim to offer people simple tools that enable them to take charge of their own health.
