Let’s radiate! Meet the wonderful Julie Albers Jones, skin therapist and incredible source of wisdom on beauty from the inside out. She will be talking about the various phases of menopause and how to keep our skin healthy. She shares TIPS on which food helps, what we can actually DO to in our home routine and which HABITS to introduce or break to have that youthful glow which makes us feel so much better “ in our skin”.
Julie Albers-Jones is originally from Canada and has been living in The Netherlands for more than 20 years. She holds diplomas in Clinical Aesthetics and is also a graduate of the College of Massage and Physical Therapists of Ontario.
Julie has been working in the health, wellness, and beauty industry for more than 30 years, successfully running her own Spa in Canada for 9 years and currently has a skin care practice in the Netherlands.
She is passionate about SKIN and her motto is: Beauty begins inside.
Julie believes that our lifestyle habits, our diet, how we deal with stress, our hormone health and our gut health (referred to these days as our ‘microbiome’) play a very important role in many common skin problems such as acne, skin allergies, skin sensitivities, premature aging and our over-all skin health.
She is a mom to her amazing 19-year-old daughter and now at 57 and post-menopausal, knows a thing or two about Menopause and Skin!
