After 18 years in the corporate world, in 2007, I set up and ran my own multi-award-winning business. Whilst the business was very successful, I was not happy. I developed chronic anxiety and reached the point of burn out. It was then that I made radical changes to my life and to my business operation. After that, my business grew year on year, and I was happier than ever. I sold the business after 11 years for six figures and retrained as a coach. I now work with female entrepreneurs to help navigate the calm and peaceful route to success so that they mentally thrive in their business.
I have two adult sons and I live in Horsham, West Sussex, UK, with my husband, a dog and a cat.
