Self-ageism – How the Way we Think Affects the Way we Age.

I am such a believer in this! To be honest at 59 I am still wondering what I want to do next so when author Jo Blackwell of “Ageing Wonderfully Well: The Good News about Midlife and Growing Older wrote to me: I have no truck with anti-ageing. I see no reason to hide or apologise for my wrinkles or my greying hair. My mission remains to challenge the outdated narratives around ageing – one story, and one woman, at a time.

I was delighted to invite her on the show. And you may well discover what The Reticular Activating System is – and how we train our brains to look for what we believe.
