About julie
A life shaped by movement, curiosity, and human connection
British, brought up in France, and now living in the Netherlands, I have moved more than 25 times across continents. Along the way, I picked up five languages and a deep sensitivity to people, cultures, and what often goes unspoken.
I combine a solid business background (University of Wales) with coaching and NLP training, and many years of lived experience. For a long time, my work focused on communication — helping people clarify their thinking and express what truly matters, to themselves and to others. Because being heard matters.
Today, my work has become simpler.
In a world of constant noise, acceleration, and digital overload, I now work from a “less is more” philosophy. I create Time Out spaces — through conversation, reflection, and presence — where people can slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what matters most. Personal connection and high-quality conversation are at the heart of what I do.
Alongside this, I remain deeply interested in wellbeing and continue to share my passion for the role of water in supporting a healthy, vital life.
At this stage of my life, I believe clarity doesn’t come from doing more — but from creating space.
Less noise. More space. Clearer movement.
