Life coaching helps you better understand who you really are, look beyond the limitations of bad experiences and truly come into your own. Once you know that, what you want to accomplish in this lifetime will become clearer. We will then establish a plan, aligned with your core values, strengthening areas where you may be weak and building upon current strengths. Studies show that individuals who have chosen life coaching find greater success, fulfilment and happiness. Rather than dreaming about what never was, individuals can get ‘unstuck’ with the help of a life coach and work constructively towards achieving real life goals. The life coach asks questions to help you focus on what is important, clearing away unnecessary clutter and unleashing your potential for maximum personal power in many areas including family, business, finances, relationships, health and career.
Anxiety, which comes in many forms and many degrees, is one of the most common causes of illness and ill-being, in particular in the modern world and amongst women. Too often we ignore the symptoms until our body shuts down or turn straight to medication.

How it works
Coaching can be face-to-face, via Skype or Zoom, or even the telephone. Sessions are 1 or 1,5 hours and can be booked individually, though a coaching trajectory of 6 sessions is the most beneficial.

How it works
6 intense sessions, face to face, or via skype/zoom or telephone
Package 1: From Anxiety to Productivity
WHAT: Overcome anxiety, and channel that released energy into creating value, increasing productivity, earning what you deserve and living a more fulfilled life.
WHEN: 6 sessions
- Session 1:
2 hours: deep dive into where are you now physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally / wheel of life/ identifying areas of improvement/ obstacles and setting goals. - 5 sessions of 90 minutes every 2 weeks working on your issue, looking at your values, limiting beliefs, moving outside the comfort zone in a safe environment using methodologies based on coaching, NLP, Neuroscience and Eastern philosophy.
Package 2: From Anxiety to Productivity and loud and clear delivery
WHAT: Same as above, plus editing web-content, aligning content with your audience ,who you are and your purpose and passion because you deserve to be heard.
WHEN: 6 sessions
- Session 1:
2 hours: deep dive into where are you now physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally / wheel of life/ identifying areas of improvement/ obstacles and setting goals. - 5 sessions of 90 minutes every 2 weeks working on your issue, looking at your values, limiting beliefs, moving outside the comfort zone in a safe environment using methodologies based on coaching, NLP, Neuroscience and Eastern philosophy.

Coaching is NOT therapy or counseling and does NOT focus on the past. It deals with the present reality and future goals.
